Partners and accompanying people
If you have a partner or accompanying person who is not attending the conference but would like to attend social events you can register them for a fee of £125 (B$250)
Partner/accompanying persons: £120
(Note: Partners and accompanying persons will be invited to social events but are not entitled to attend the main sessions of the conference. If they wish to attend the conference sessions they must register as a full delegate

Terms and conditions

  1. Bookings must be made at least one month before the conference otherwise a place cannot be guaranteed.
  2. Rates are per delegate. Please check the appropriate rate when booking.
  3. Cancellations must be made in writing to CLGF. Cancellations made up to one month before the conference will receive a 75 per cent refund. Cancellations made less than one month before the conference will not be entitled to a refund.

Visa requirements

Delegates are responsible for their own travel documents. CLGF cannot assist in obtaining passports or visas. You may need to obtain a visa to attend this conference. We advise you that this must be done well in advance to ensure that you receive your visa in time to travel. Please check the delegate information for details. If you are travelling through the UK, USA or other transit country you may also require a transit visa which must be obtained in advance. It may take up to three to six months to obtain these visas for delegates from some countries.
